Please buy direct from our shop in the English Market, open Monday – Saturday inclusive 9.30 am – 5 pm. You will be entitled to wholesale discount as long as you provide a business card for your restaurant or shop when items are being purchased. Please bear with our staff members who may not have met you, and may ask to see your business card even if you have purchased from us before.

If you are likely to require full sides, or large quantities of a particular item, please inform our staff, who will make arrangements with the smokehouse to accommodate you. The English Market is re–stocked on a daily basis. However, we would appreciate one week’s notice for special requests.

All purchases made through the English Market must be paid for in full on collection.

All orders on account must be made directly with the smokehouse. Please do not ask English Market staff to give you produce on account.

You can also purchase directly from the smoke house.

DELIVERIES IN IRELAND & TO THE EU.

We can deliver wholesale orders anywhere in Ireland and the rest of Europe with 24–48 hour courier service. We respectfully request 7 days lead time for orders, for new customers, 10 days during the month of December when we are particularly busy and when regular customer orders will be fulfilled as a priority. All orders will be subject to availability as per our terms and conditions.

SAMPLES

We charge for samples (and shipping of samples). However, we will consider a credit for samples (not including shipping) if significant purchases are made subsequently. Please make sure you have discussed this with us prior to any purchase, to avoid any misunderstanding or disappointment.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

If you are interested in setting up a wholesale account, please contact shipping@frankhederman.com, with contact name, business name, and address including postcode, telephone number and email, and your VAT number. If your delivery address or accounts addresses are different, please provide full contact details for these too. Please describe your business briefly and supply a website address.
