A side of Hederman smoked salmon is one of the ultra rare gifts that says and celebrates both Ireland and Christmas.

Our smoked salmon is entirely hand made and its provenance is Irish through and through. Frank Hederman, born in Cobh, South West of Ireland, has dedicated a lifetime to smoking fish and seafood. He is the only person in Ireland to have received a Walter Scheel Medaille for his active preservation of a unique Irish food tradition. He also created the only timber smoke house where fish are hung for smoking.

With beautiful branding and attractive packaging, we provide understated luxury smoked seafood that is authentic, highly prized by those in-the-know, and always delicious.

As well as our smoked sides of sustainably cultivated Irish salmon, we provide the quintessential luxury of Irish wild Atlantic salmon, and mixed cases to include hot and cold smoked fish, smoked Irish farmhouse butter and smoked chillies, all made with the same integrity and care.
