These mussels have been cooked, cold smoked over beechwood and then marinated in a delicious creamy vinaigrette, made with whole grain mustard and rapeseed oil. They are delicious eaten just as they are, or served on hot buttered toast. They also make a good salad ingredient in that they come with a ready–made vinaigrette!
