Claire McQuillan
Clare McQuillan is a foraging guide and freelance chef living in Belfast. Her love of wild food came from both a passion for ingredients and a love of being outside.
After attending her first foraging walk a few years ago she became fascinated with the variety of edible plants that were just on the doorstep waiting to be gathered.
Since that point Clare has been learning, gathering and experimenting with wild, sustainable ingredients to create unique food and now shares her passion and knowledge as a foraging guide herself.
Clare also works regularly in catering and collaborative projects with chefs, festivals, schools, conservationists and visual artists across Northern Ireland.
