The English Market is open for business 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday.
This is our Cork City showcase for smoked salmon and smoked fish, all from Ireland, including Irish wild salmon caught on the estuary of the River Lee.
Everything we sell is handmade, and cold smoked fresh for market 20 minutes from the English market in Ireland’s only surviving timber smokehouse where fish are hung for smoking, or hot smoked in our kiln. This is the local smoked salmon!
In addition to the core range of smoked fish produced in our smoke house, we sell a range of smoked fish pâtés, salads and fishcakes all made by hand in our kitchen fresh for market.
We believe hand on heart that it is truly the best smoked salmon in Ireland (and further afield), thanks to our unique, genuinely artisan method, which takes time, and which ensures the smoked salmon is lean, tender and full of character and flavour.
