C&C - Hederman Smoked Quiche

We make a wide variety of truly delicious savoury smoked fish quiches with a crisp butter crust pastry. They are filled with a savoury cream, egg and Parmesan filling with smoked salmon, smoked mackerel or smoked haddock. We make them extra delicious with seasonal herbs or greens such as spinach, asparagus or petit pois to name but a few and herbs from the garden or spices to suit. Simply heat through for 5-8 minutes in a hot oven 180- 200C. Please don’t microwave or you will spoil crisp texture of pastry!

Pastry: Flour (GLUTEN), Butter and Water Filling: Egg (EGG), Cream (MILK), FISH or/and Bacon or/and Cheese and Vegetables
STORAGE
Refrigerate 0-4C
Bring to room temperature before serving.
