A voracious eater and lover of all things edible, putting aside early thoughts of becoming a lighthouse keeper, I moved to London and learned to cook. Much time spent in many kitchens asking too many questions, led me through London and Paris learning my trade.
I’ve trained in multi–Michelin starred kitchens, boutique restaurants and private clubs, and after over 15 years as an Executive Chef in London, I now work as a Private Chef with UHNW individuals and also provide consultancy to established brands, start–ups and social media.
I’m a firm believer in following the rhythm of the seasons with my food, and my work reflects my love of beautiful ingredients handled sensibly, often left to speak for themselves on the plate.
In addition to eating, I’m as devoted to my miniature Dachshund as I am to my love of collecting old Rioja and obscure Californian Zinfandel.
